Information on paragliding at Bulwer

Some more information on  Paragliding at Bulwer, in the foothills of the Southern Drakensberg.  The views are spectacular. We meet up at Wild Sky Paragliding school in Bulwer.   We drive up to the launch site.  That takes about 30 minutes.  We sometimes wait for the correct wind conditions.  We usually top land and take the next passenger.  At Bulwer we use thermals and ridge lift to stay aloft.  Before launch there is a a short  introductory lecture that explains the gear and how the launch works. Additionally the pilot will explain in flight how we stay aloft.   The glider is pulled up and pilot and passenger have to run to take off.    On landing the passenger must  follow instructions.

Cape Town is one of the most beautiful places in the world to paraglide.  We fly at Signal Hill or Lions Head because of the views of Table Mountain and the City of Cape Town.  Paragliding instructional flights are a great, stress free way to experience paragliding for the first time.    Due to weather conditions we cannot guarantee flight times.  We meet up at either Signal Hill or Lions Head
