We offer instructional tandem flights as an introduction to the the sport of paragliding. All passengers undertake basic training with us during the briefing, flight as well as the post flight debrief. Although no experience is required, the Tandem Flight Instructor will explain the workings of the glider. This is the perfect way to be introduced to paragliding. Additionally, if you decide to learn to fly yourself, we log the tandem flight in your student log. The experience will take a few hours. From Wild Sky Paragliding in Bulwer we travel by 4×4 road to the launch site.

We offer paragliding courses at Wild Sky Paragliding in Bulwer Kwazulu-Natal. The two day introductory course is the first two days of the full license course. The full license course duration is 10 to 14 flyable days. On day one of the course, students complete paperwork as well as an introductory video. We register you at SAHPA as a student. The fees are included in your course fees. You then go to the training slope with your Instructor. We open the training glider and go through the basic workings of a paraglider wing. The student then learns how to clip into the harness and attach it correctly to the glider. The student will begin to learn to pull the wing up and steer it while running down the slope. You progress higher until your feel lift off the ground. It is a progression.
